A- Spinach +- 500 g
B-3 cloves of garlic; chopped
C- cream cheese +- 20
D- olive oil for saute
E- Tomato sauce; plain marinara or bologna
F- Lasagna sheets; cook according to instructions on package
G- Cheese slice; such as cheddar, or mozzarella
H- salt pepper to taste.
1- Saute the garlic in olive oil until tanned
2- Add spinach and cook till wilted. Let it cool
3- You can cut the spinach into small piece if you want to. Add the spinach to the cheese. Mix well.
4- In a casserole dish, spread a layer of sauce.
5- Put a dallop of the cheese-spinach mixture on top of the lasagna sheet
6- Roll the lasagna and put it on top of the sauce. Arrange the lasagna roll to fit the casserole dish.
7- Spread another layer of sauce on top of the rolls.
8- Put a slice of cheese slice on top of each roll.
9- Bake until cheese slice melted.
10- Enjoy warm
