a) 6 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa b) 1/4 Cup Butter c) 1 Cup Sugar d) 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla e) 1/4 Teaspoon Salt f) 1/3 Cup Flour g) 2 Eggs h) 1 Cup Toasted walnuts
A) Melt the 1/4 cup of butter (make sure that the butter is completely melted, otherwise it will not mix in with the other ingredients, and you will have to start over). B) Then stir this into the 6 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Cocoa.
C) Combine in the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, flour and salt. mix thoroughly
D) add the nuts
E) for the baking pan, cover the surface with butter and flour to keep the brownies from sticking to the pan.
F) pour the batter into the baking pan
G) After your oven has preheated to 325F, put the brownies into the oven for 35-40 minutes. Poke your brownies with a toothpick. If the tooth pick comes out clean, your brownies are done! Now, take them out of the oven and let them cool until slightly warm.
H) cut them and enjoy! goes very nice with a glass of milk. (",)v
